Why Nav20s Exists
We Believe God Changes Lives Through Relationships.
Nav20s Milwaukee exists to help young adults know Jesus deeply, walk with Him faithfully, and become disciple-makers who help others do the same.
Nav20s Milwaukee is a ministry of the Navigators. Please visit Navigators.org to learn about our history, mission, core values, and vision statement.
Our Vision
A generation of young adults who know Jesus deeply, walk with Him faithfully, and become disciplemakers who help others do the same.

Future Generations
Discipleship spreads through workplaces, neighborhoods, churches, families, and eventually the world.
We see a vital movement of the gospel, fueled by prevailing prayer, flowing freely through relational networks and out into the nations. Workers for the Kingdom are next door to everywhere!
Core Navigators Vision Statement:
Our Mission
This is at the heart of everything we do.
To make and multiply disciples of Jesus Christ among young adults in Milwaukee through intentional, Christ-centered relationships.
Know Jesus deeply.
We want young adults to develop a genuine, growing relationship with Jesus.
What does that mean?
Walk with Him faithfully.
We want faith to shape everyday life—not simply Sunday mornings.
Help others do the same.
We want people who have been discipled to eventually invest in others.
What We Believe About Discipleship
Discipleship Isn't a Program. It's a Way of Life.
Disciples Grow Best in Relationships
Spiritual growth happens as people intentionally walk alongside one another—encouraging, teaching, praying, and pointing each other toward Christ.
Discipleship Is Meant to Multiply
We don't want discipleship to stop with one person. Someone invests in you → you invest in someone else → they invest in someone else.
Every Believer Has a Part to Play
Disciple-making isn't reserved for pastors or ministry professionals. Ordinary people can faithfully invest in others.
We're Here to Send, Not Collect
We're not trying to build people who need Nav20s. We're trying to build people who know Jesus and can follow Him wherever He sends them.
How We Do Ministry
Invest Deeply
We prioritize meaningful, intentional relationships over simply building a crowd.
Multiply
We want every person who experiences discipleship to eventually invest in someone else.
This is the core of how Nav20s walks with young adults.
Walk Alongside People
We meet people where they are and walk with them through questions, growth, struggles, and victories.
Send
We want people to leave Nav20s more deeply rooted in Christ and prepared to make disciples wherever God leads.

We Don't Do This Alone
We're Better Together.
Nav20s partners with local churches and other gospel-centered ministries. We encourage and celebrate when young adults are rooted in a local church and rejoice when God works through ministries beyond Nav20s. We believe the mission is too big for any one group, and we are grateful to walk alongside partners in the gospel.
Our Guiding Scriptures
Matthew 28:18–20
The Great Commission
Jesus calls every believer to make disciples of all nations. This commission serves as the foundation for our mission and reminds us that disciple-making is the responsibility of every follower of Christ.
John 15:1–17
Jesus teaches that lasting spiritual fruit comes from abiding in Him. Our desire is not merely to produce activity but to cultivate lives that remain deeply connected to Christ.
Ephesians 4:11–16
God gives leaders to equip His people for works of ministry so that the entire body grows toward maturity in Christ. Healthy leadership equips others rather than creating dependence.
These passages shape how we think about discipleship, leadership, and spiritual growth.
2 Timothy 2:2
Paul instructs Timothy to entrust what he has learned to faithful people who will teach others also. This passage illustrates the multiplying nature of discipleship and serves as a model for how spiritual leadership is passed from one generation to the next.
Colossians 1:28–29
Paul describes proclaiming Christ while teaching and encouraging every believer toward spiritual maturity. This passage reminds us that discipleship involves both truth and loving perseverance.
Psalm 78:4–7
Each generation has the privilege of declaring God's faithfulness to the next. This reminds us that disciple-making extends beyond our own lifetime and is part of God's ongoing work through generations.
